    James Park
    Founder and Principal, London
    JPA has played a part in raising global travellers’ levels of expectation for nigh on 30 years – and with every design we create we aim to lift the bar yet again. It’s a continuous process.

    Founder, owner and ultimate authority, James is primarily involved in business development and providing overall direction to JPA UK, Singapore and Dubai. James is deeply involved in the facilitation of a number of JPA's more far reaching projects.

    Graduating from the Architectural Association, James set up James Park Associates in the early 1980s. In its early days, JPA was involved with transport interiors, most notably the re-designs for the iconic Venice-Simplon-Orient Express, James subsequently completing the design and engineering for the Eastern and Oriental Express in Singapore.

    As a result James Park Associates Pte Ltd was born in Singapore, and over the next few years JPA grew from essentially a small interiors and architectural consultancy to designing for some of the most luxurious hotels in the world, with the rail and aerospace industries following from there. JPA is now one of the world’s leading design companies in its field.
